How can I reach Dirtethics customer support?
You can contact us via email at dirtethicssocial@gmail.com. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM IST.
Orders & Returns
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase through our Return Center. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. For assistance, please contact dirtethicssocial@gmail.com.
Why do I see multiple charges on my card?
Multiple pending charges may appear if there were issues during checkout. These are temporary authorizations and should clear within 3–5 business days.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India. International shipping options will be available soon.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking information hasn't updated for several days, please contact us at dirtethicssocial@gmail.com, and we'll assist you.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 120-day warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from accidents or misuse. To file a claim, email dirtethicssocial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
My gear is damaged. Can you help?
If your gear is damaged due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us with details and photos, and we'll assist you.
