Is the ₹4,500 design fee charged every reorder?
No — it’s a one-time charge. Once your artwork is approved and on file, every reorder costs only ₹1,350 per piece with zero additional design fee.
Can I order fewer than 15 pieces?
The minimum production run is 15 pieces. This ensures colour consistency and makes full sublimation printing cost-effective for your team.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Absolutely. As long as the total is 15 pieces or more, you can mix any sizes — XS through 3XL — at no extra cost.
What files do I need to send?
Ideally AI or EPS vector files for logos. High-resolution PNG or PDF works too. If you only have a low-res file, our design team will work with it.
How many revision rounds are included?
The ₹4,500 design fee covers up to 2 revision rounds. Additional rounds at ₹500 each.
What is the turnaround time?
12–15 working days from design approval and payment. Rush orders may be possible — ask us on WhatsApp.
