DirtEthics Refund & Returns Policy
At DirtEthics, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns and refunds based on where you made your purchase.
1. Purchases via DirtEthics.com
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request.

How to Start: You must fill out and submit the Online Refund Request Form on our website.

Deadline: Requests submitted after the 7-day window will be automatically declined.

Shipping: Once your request is authorized via email, you will need to ship the product to our central warehouse. Shipping costs and the safety of the item during transit are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Physical Store & Dealer Purchases

DirtEthics Exclusive Stores: Returns must be handled in person at the original point of purchase within 7 days. We offer Store Credit only for these returns; no cash/bank refunds are issued.

Authorized Dealers: Purchases made through independent local dealers are subject to that specific dealer's refund policy. Please check their terms before buying.

Online Marketplaces (e.g., Amazon): Items bought via third-party platforms are governed by the refund rules of that specific marketplace.
The Fine Print: Product Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or store credit, your gear must be:

Factory Mint: Unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.

Complete: All tags, labels, original packaging, and spare parts must be intact.

Exceptions: Certain products are marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page or packaging. These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Refund Processing & Fees
Once your return arrives, our Quality Control team will inspect it. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage.
If approved, you have two options:

Store Credit: Issued for the full value and valid for 6 months on DirtEthics.com.

Bank Refund: A 2% Payment Gateway Fee (based on the product MRP) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Note: Bank refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account once processed.
